MIXX Awards competition is organized by Interactive Advertising Bureau IAB Polska, the association of digital business employers. This prestigious competition awards digital advertising and interactive campaigns with outstanding strategy, creation, results and media solutions. The project was inspired by IAB initiatives organized worldwide and has become one of the top industry events.

In the tenth edition of the competition, Olgierd Cygan, who was appointed the Deputy President and Managing Partner of the Agency part of Deloitte Digital Central Europe received a special prize and the title of the Man of the Year.

Olgierd Cygan has been active in the marketing market for many years. He founded Digital One agency, which was merged with Deloitte in 2015, and established Deloitte Digital CE to operate in the region.
The award is a great honour for the Agency. I would like to thank the whole team and all the people who I have met in my professional career and who have helped me succeed. The award and the appreciation of our work by the Jury confirms that we have selected the right development strategy for Deloitte Digital, said Olgierd Cygan during the gala. 
Olgierd Cygan is a member and a founder of Media Klaster foundation, the originator of Filmteractive, an international festival of interactive communication. He is a member of the Management Board of the Association of Marketing Communication SAR and an arbitrator of the Committee of Advertising Ethics. From 2003 to 2006 he was the Management Board Chairman of Interactive Advertising Bureau Poland.  He co-created BEEMAA – an global branded entertainment organization. He serves on a jury of numerous marketing competitions, such as Effie, MIXX, Innovation AD as a member of their program councils.

The campaign was carried out at the trolleybus stop at Skwer Kościuszki in Gdynia. Famous football commentators - Adam Smakowski and Andrzej Twarowski - appeared on bus shelter displays, talking to people waiting for their bus and encouraging them to comment on the passing trolleybus as if they were commentating on a football match. The most creative commentators received a voucher to the UEFA finals, a free plane ticket and accommodation. Pepsi, a sponsor of UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, founded the prize for 3 winners with their partners.

Deloitte Digital was also nominated for the Agency of the Year title.

The jury appreciated the unique nature of the digital consulting agency, serving as CE Deloitte Digital hub. In the recent year, the Agency has developed strong strategic and consulting competencies and received considerable technical support from Enterprise Technologies, which has been implementing e-commerce and CRM solutions. Deloitte Digital employs nearly 300 people, and its revenue growth rate has exceeded 50 percent in the recent year.

In May 2016, Deloitte Digital published the results of the Digital Transformation survey, presenting the digital maturity status and approach of Polish enterprises. The Agency aspires to become an #UndisputedLeader in digital B2B services in the coming years.

Deloitte Digital also received an award “More than agency" from Media & Marketing Polska and from Millward Brown for bold changes and growth dynamics. Additionally, the brand was awarded Forbes' Diamond for its 2015 financial performance.

Nagrodę specjalną – tytuł Człowieka Roku otrzymał Olgierd Cygan, wiceprezes i partner zarządzający częścią agencyjną w Deloitte Digital. Agencja zdobyła też brązową statuetkę w kategorii Interactive Out-of-Home and off-line za projekt Pepsi Ticket Hunt, uznany za jedną z najbardziej kreatywnych i efektywnych kampanii reklamowych mijającego roku. W sklepach tradycyjnych wciąż jednak wolimy kupować kosmetyki i perfumy.
